Agendas and Minutes of Meetings

Agendas are published 3 working days before a meeting and are placed in the Town Council notice board on the front of the Victoria Hall. In addition they may be placed in other notice boards on the Citizens Advice Bureau at 1 Gaol Street and outside the Oakham Library. They are also available on this site by clicking on the appropriate link below.

In many cases there are a number of appendices with the Agendas. These are public documents in most instances and are freely available. The exception to this being where information is considered confidential by the Council or Committee. If you require a copy of any documentation prior to a meeting then please contact the Clerk to the Council who will supply you with hard copies at no charge.

Please note that, at this moment, appendices are only available in a hard copy

Approved minutes will be available approximately one month after the date of the meeting. All minutes are available by clicking on the links below. Should you require a hard copy please contact the Clerk to the Council.
